This short position finally paid off. The price action moved cleanly—not a sudden drop, but a steady compression of space after encountering resistance at the higher level.

When $VIRTUAL kept failing to break through repeatedly, I wasn’t focused on whether it could still rally. Instead, I was watching whether, once the top couldn’t be held, it would accelerate downward. Around 0.7258, the short entry was taken. What truly confirmed it for me was that the pullbacks kept getting weaker, buying momentum started to hesitate, and many people were still waiting for it to surge higher—while the structure was already starting to look off.

Now the price is at 0.5235. This short trade is up +1976.74%, and the market’s room has been released quite clearly. Here, I’ll take most of the profits off the table first, and keep a smaller portion running with a protection level to see if it continues extending—so the gains won’t be eaten back by a single pullback.

Put simply, in this kind of market it’s not about how hard you shout—it’s about whether, when the position is there, you dare to execute. If you didn’t catch it, no need to rush. Don’t chase the trade—wait for the next more comfortable entry.
