This wave of decline was quite decisive. After $LINK swept through the high area, the true direction finally emerged.

At the start, the market was seesawing, and many were misled by that sudden sharp rally into thinking the bulls were taking over again. But the key point is here: the rally didn't see sustained volume and quickly fell back below key levels. With this kind of anti-expectation move, I generally won't stubbornly go long.

I entered a short near 9.750, waiting for this breakdown confirmation. Now the price has reached 7.715, with profit showing +1481.69%. The trend extension is clear—this short move has been very straightforward.

To be honest, the hardest part of trading futures isn't judging the direction, but not being scared out by intraday fakeouts. Once profits come out, I will first close part of the position and use a trailing stop for the rest, so I don't let the rhythm I've built get disrupted by a retrace.

If the weakness continues, I'll follow the trend. If the retrace is too sharp, I'll take profits first. For those who haven't entered, don't rush—no chasing, wait for a better entry.
