Mars Finance News, the State Council has issued the "15th Five-Year" Carbon Peak Action Plan. It promotes the green and low-carbon transformation of computing power facilities. Strengthen the coordinated layout of computing power facilities and renewable energy, support the direct supply of green electricity, reasonably configure supporting facilities such as energy storage and backup power, and promote the primary use of non-fossil energy electricity for new computing power facilities. Improve energy-saving and carbon-reduction standards for computing power facilities, promote energy-saving and carbon-reduction retrofits for substandard computing power facilities, orderly phase out outdated and inefficient technologies and equipment, and enhance the energy efficiency level of computing power facilities. Accelerate the construction of green computing power facilities and encourage the construction of zero-carbon computing power facilities.
