CoinWorld news: The supply of Bitcoin and Ethereum on exchanges has dropped to historic lows, but a market rebound is not necessarily imminent. According to data from blockchain analytics firm Santiment, BTC and ETH supply on exchanges have fallen to 6.6% and 4.3% of their circulating supply, respectively. Although this metric was once seen as a bullish signal, some industry observers believe that with the rise of institutional custody, this interpretation has become outdated. Santiment noted that a sustained decline in exchange supply typically heralds a multi-quarter bull market phase, but the market has yet to reach that point.
