Many exchanges have been “killed off” by low-EQ employees. Employees with no emotional intelligence represent the company’s image—except for the founders. Don’t casually insult the founders, or else they’ll just sweep everything up, and no one ends up with any good outcome. Low-EQ employees like these can be brought out to make an example and scare others. No matter whose fault it is—right or wrong—it's always the fault of the “horses and cows” (grunt workers). The grunt workers not only end up taking the blame, but also get yelled at. Every exchange is missing a “He Yi.” He Yi gets praised a lot and scolded very little; when He Yi does scold, the attitude is proper. Other exchanges are different.
