Sungrow: The first application scenario of solid-state transformer (SST) is targeting AIDC.

Mars Finance News, a reporter from Caijing Lianshe learned from Sungrow Power that the company today released its self-developed EnerNeo solid-state transformer. Key parameters show: product input voltage level 10~13.8KV, output voltage level 800Vdc, rated power 3MW, minimum power granularity 1.5MW, expandable configurations of 3MW and 4.5MW as needed, system conversion efficiency 98.5%. The company stated that computing chip technology is iterating rapidly, and the new generation 800V DC architecture is the mainstream solution suitable for AIDC, while the solid-state transformer (SST), as the core carrier for achieving "direct conversion to 800V DC," is regarded as an important solution to address the pain points of the AIDC power supply industry.
