BlockBeats News, July 9 — According to Coinglass data, if Bitcoin breaks above $64,000, the cumulative short liquidation intensity on major CEXs will reach $689 million.

On the other hand, if Bitcoin falls below $62,000, the cumulative long liquidation intensity on major CEXs will reach $267 million.

BlockBeats Note: The liquidation chart does not display the exact number of contracts that are pending liquidation, or the exact value of the contracts being liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart actually show the relative importance of each liquidation cluster compared with the neighboring liquidation clusters—i.e., the intensity.

Therefore, the liquidation chart shows how much the target price reaching a certain level will be affected. A higher “liquidation bar” indicates that once the price reaches that level, it will trigger a stronger reaction due to a wave of liquidity.
