Golden Finance reports, July 9, according to Bitcoin com, that a U.S. federal court rejected the emergency request filed by GPD Holdings, LLC (operating as CoinFlip) and Charles Wernicke, CEO of Private IT Corporation, to block Tennessee’s crypto ATM ban, allowing the ban to remain in effect while the constitutional lawsuit continues. The ban was implemented on July 1 and provides that intentionally installing, placing, or operating virtual currency kiosks in Tennessee is a Class A misdemeanor. CoinFlip is one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency ATM operators, with more than 5,500 Bitcoin ATMs in 48 U.S. states and multiple countries.
