According to Bitcoin.com, a US federal court has denied an emergency request by GPD Holdings, LLC (operating as CoinFlip) and Private IT Corporation CEO Charles Wernicke to block Tennessee's crypto ATM ban, allowing the ban to remain in effect while the constitutional lawsuit proceeds. The ban, implemented on July 1, makes it a Class A misdemeanor to knowingly install, place, or operate a virtual currency kiosk in Tennessee. CoinFlip is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency ATM operators, with over 5,500 Bitcoin ATMs across 48 US states and multiple countries.

Court: lawsuits proceed slowly, but injunctions are enforced first. Classic American efficiency.

The world's largest operator is being ground down by a small state. I've seen this script before.
