According to Bitcoin.com, a U.S. federal court has denied an emergency request from GPD Holdings, LLC (operating as CoinFlip) and Private IT Corporation CEO Charles Wernicke to block Tennessee's crypto ATM ban, allowing the ban to take effect while the constitutional lawsuit proceeds. The ban took effect on July 1, making it a Class A misdemeanor to knowingly install, place, or operate a virtual currency kiosk in Tennessee. CoinFlip is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency ATM operators, with over 5,500 Bitcoin ATMs across 48 U.S. states and multiple countries.
