This short finally paid off — $BAS dropped from the highs, and the market feedback was very direct.

This time I wasn't watching a single bearish candle, but rather after repeated failed attempts to break above, buying momentum started to weaken noticeably. I opened a short near 0.028373, and what really caught my attention was that every bounce was suppressed — something was off.

Now the price has come to 0.027075, and the position profit has reached +90.07%, with the move unfolding quite cleanly. Many were still waiting for a breakout, but the whales first disrupted the emotions of those chasing longs, then pushed it down.

The most satisfying part of this trade is not chasing at a key level, but having the courage to execute when the market is under pressure at highs. After taking profit, I will first take 80% in batches, and let the remaining 20% ride with a protective stop to see further extension — don't let the profit be eaten by a single bounce.

If you didn't get in, don't rush. If the bounce level isn't comfortable, don't chase — wait for the next opportunity.
