From office tasks to trading, the all-in-one skill hub makes AI even more useful.
These five questions: the first two are hard thresholds.
If even one fails — if you cannot verify whether it is correct, or if the cost of a mistake is large and hard to reverse — don't hand that task to AI, do it yourself. For example, matters involving healthcare, law, or investment.
Once those two are clear, then look at the remaining three.
If all three are fine — the completion standard is clear, the information is general, and no people are involved — then let AI do it entirely. For example, article summaries, information classification, or routine draft templates.
If even one of the last three applies, then you must use your own judgment. Let AI assist, but you make the final call. For example, important emails, project proposals, client replies, interview preparation, etc.
Using AI does not mean handing all work to AI.
Rather, it means distinguishing which tasks can be handed over to AI completely, which should only be assisted by AI, and which must be handled by humans.
