Korea Trade Commission issued Announcement No. 2026-12, making a final affirmative anti-dumping determination on seamless copper tubes originating from Thailand, recommending that the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea impose anti-dumping duties on the involved products for a period of five years. The specific rates are divided into three categories: Hong Kong Hailiang Copper Trading Co., Ltd. and its related companies at 4.93%, Fine Metal Technologies Public Company Ltd. and its related companies at 8.41%, and other producers/exporters at 4.93%. The involved products are seamless copper tubes with an outer diameter less than 66.68 mm, a thickness greater than 0.20 mm and less than 2.5 mm, falling under Korean tariff code 7411.10.0000.
