Wu learned that Offchain Labs co-founder Steven Goldfeder tweeted that 10% of the fees charged by Robinhood Chain and other Arbitrum L2s will be allocated to the Arbitrum ecosystem, with 8% going to the treasury controlled by token holders and 2% used to fund development; 100% of the fees charged by Arbitrum One will go to the Arbitrum treasury.
