Today, domestic memory chip leader ChangXin Memory Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "ChangXin Technology") disclosed an announcement on the prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) of shares on the STAR Market, initiating the IPO issuance process. The offline subscription date and online subscription date for new shares are both July 16.
According to the prospectus, ChangXin Technology's securities code/offline subscription code is "688825", and the online subscription code is "787825". According to the issuance schedule, the preliminary inquiry date is July 13 (T-3). The issuance announcement will be published on July 15 (T-1). Both the offline subscription date and the online subscription date are July 16 (T day), with online subscription hours from 9:30-11:30 and 13:00-15:00. The deadline for offline payment and online payment is both July 20 (T+2).
