Deep Tide TechFlow news, July 9 - According to official sources, global cross-border payment infrastructure company Nium announced the acquisition of crypto-native non-custodial wallet and card issuing company Cypher. The two parties will combine digital assets with global payment network capabilities to advance the development of fiat-to-chain payment services. At the same time, Cypher's existing platform will be gradually shut down, covering consumer applications, corporate card platforms, and the CYPR ecosystem, with services officially ceasing on September 6, 2026.

Cypher stated that users can withdraw account funds and claim rewards for free before the deadline, and the CYPR protocol will also be terminated simultaneously.
