Golden Finance reported that on July 9, Polymarket is fully deploying a massive marketing offensive to re-enter the US market. According to reports, the company has reached strategic partnerships with Major League Baseball (MLB), CNBC, and CNN, and is leveraging social media influencers for promotion, aiming to enhance brand legitimacy and market recognition.

Four years ago, Polymarket settled with the CFTC for allegedly offering illegal derivatives trading and exited the US. Although it had previously faced regulatory investigations and a raid on the CEO's residence, those investigations were dropped after the regime change. Currently, Polymarket is actively promoting a full business restart by offering compliant sports betting products under CFTC regulation.
