This time it's a classic case of a high-level pump and dump. $RAVE looks active on the surface, but every time it rallies, it gets suppressed. Many people chased the move, only to give shorts a better entry.

I entered my short near 0.5888, and now the price has hit 0.2747, with a gain of +1307.71%. What confirmed my thesis was that the earlier breakout didn't generate sustained buying; instead, consecutive upper wicks appeared, indicating that capital above wasn't willing to keep pushing. The structure clearly changed.

This kind of price action tests patience the most. You can't react impulsively to a single red candle, nor can you regret after the drop. I had already observed the shift before the signal, but I only executed after the failed retest. Now that the volatility has expanded, those with positions can take partial profits 80/20, and keep a trailing stop on the remainder to allow room for further extension.

Don't turn a profitable trade into an emotional one. After the short pays off, know when to take and when to hold. If you missed the entry, no rush. Don't chase. Wait for the next opportunity, for a more comfortable entry.
