This short position today has been very satisfying. After $TRB was pushed down from the highs, the market didn’t show hesitation—it showed a steady cashing-out in succession. A lot of people saw the first wave of drop and still wanted to wait for a rebound to enter; in the end, the longer they waited, the more passive they became.

My logic is simple: TRB kept trying to break out above, but it couldn’t carve out new space, and each rebound push was weaker than the last—something was off. I entered the short at 16.26. The key here isn’t trying to guess the top, but to follow the price action under pressure.

Now the price is at 15.93, and the return is +144%, with the move clearly extending. To put it plainly, the real opportunity isn’t something you only see after the drop—it’s something you’re ready for when the critical levels confirm.

I won’t blindly add here. Since the profit has already been taken, I’ll manage it in batches using an 80/20 split, and keep the remaining position with protection while continuing to watch. If the rebound is too strong, I’ll take profit and exit—I’m not going to wrestle with the market.

Don’t feel regret if you missed it. The market has fluctuations every day; chasing in usually just throws off your rhythm. Don’t chase trades—wait for the next opportunity, and enter when you get a more comfortable setup.
