I'd like to ask everyone:

What are your thoughts on Gate's $1.7 million theft incident today?

Having been in this industry for so long, this is truly baffling. With the advancement of AI, shouldn't we be rethinking security issues?

What I'm most afraid of right now is:

If attackers have truly obtained users' KYC materials, email/SMS/device permissions, historical transaction information, and can even complete AI-based liveness verification,

Then wouldn't the traditional CEX "account recovery / security reset" process become completely useless — or even turn into an attack vector?

Can we still defend against this? Is defending even meaningful anymore?
