Recently, BTC experienced a deep V-shaped rebound, giving many trapped friends a sudden spark of hope for breaking even. But after reviewing the capital data, I’m actually more worried for everyone. Today, I’m speaking from the heart.

This rally is not backed by institutional capital stepping in to support the market—it’s purely an artificial pump driven by whale short-term manipulation and verbal policy good news. Major enterprises are still dumping large amounts of chips, ETFs continue to see outflows, and the market’s foundation is extremely fragile. Many people have been trapped for a long time, and as soon as they see a slight rebound, they rush to add positions to lower their average cost. But they don’t realize that entering now will only deepen their positions, leaving them in a dilemma with no way out.

I never advise people to cut losses, nor do I encourage heavy bottom-fishing. I only offer prudent advice from the perspective of your losses.

First, sort out your current positions and distinguish between heavy positions trapped at high levels versus light positions with shallow losses. For those fully loaded at high levels, absolutely do not add leverage. Take advantage of the rebound to reduce positions in batches and lower your average holding cost. Don’t stubbornly hold on waiting for a doubling.

Second, don’t be misled by short-term news. Politicians’ statements and single-day surges are all emotional catalysts. Without sustained incremental capital support, the rebound space is limited. Knowing when to take profits is the key to breaking even.

Third, set your own bottom line. Reserve a portion of liquid capital. Don’t go all-in betting on a reversal. Keep some backup so you have room to repeatedly trade in bands and reduce losses.

The biggest danger in trading is being trapped by greed and wishful thinking. The more impatient you become after being trapped, the easier it is to fall into pitfalls. I’ve seen too many people who held on for over half a year, refused to reduce positions during a rebound, only to see prices fall back to the starting point and losses widen again.

There will always be another market cycle. Don’t obsess over getting back in one go. Take it slow, reduce in batches, stabilize your mindset, and the losses will gradually be recovered. If you’re unsure about your positions or how to reduce in batches, you can come talk to me. Sister Zhixia will help you find a suitable rhythm to break even step by step. $BTC $ETH #USD1链上质押享年化8.88%
