Southeast Asian container yard operator Yongkang Holdings (02523) announced that it has decided not to proceed with the global offering and listing at this time.
After consulting with the overall coordinator(s) and giving careful and thorough consideration, the company has decided not to proceed with the global offering and listing at this time, and plans to explore potential options. Therefore, the international underwriting agreement relating to the international offering will not be entered into, and the Hong Kong underwriting agreement relating to the Hong Kong public offering will not become unconditional.
The company noted that the Hong Kong offer shares were oversubscribed, and hereby expresses its gratitude to investors interested in the company and for their support during the global offering.
