New Stock IPO | BinHua Shares priced at 3.48 yuan
Chemical product manufacturer Binhua Stock (06745) announced that the offering price per share is set at 3.48 yuan.
The company is globally offering 352 million H-shares. At the offering price of 3.48 yuan per share, the fundraising amount is approximately 1.23B yuan.
The shares are expected to be listed on July 10. Joint sponsors are Huatai International and CCB International.
