Therefore, for Iran, it is logically and rationally wrong to continue maintaining a memorandum that Trump himself has formally pronounced dead. Iran should give a clear response to Trump. This memorandum was painstakingly advanced by Iranian negotiators, but we have been clear from the start that the Americans would not implement any agreement, especially when Iran insists on its rights.
