Thursday the 9th focus direction, low-position new hotspots worth tracking.
Like, Follow, and Then Limit-Up Every Day [Taoist Stock Bar]
Foreword: Today, not only was the market volatile, but my mood was also fluctuating. At the open, the AI sector surged, with all stocks in the green, and some gaining significantly. However, volume was shrinking, so I closed many positions. Even with a plan, I couldn't fully exit in time, and some positions were closed near the zero line, not all at the high points of the minute chart.
During the index plunge, I noticed large capital absorbing shares at lower prices underwater. So, I immediately signaled that this was likely panic-selling liquidation and that a V-shaped recovery would follow. As expected, before the midday close, all deeply underwater stocks rebounded sharply, including the index itself. Some stocks even hit new highs. At that moment, I was filled with regret—why was I so timid? Why didn't I sweep up more chips? I only bought one stock. Then, over lunch, I boasted to a friend about my accurate prediction and strong market reading skills, with so many golden followers witnessing my prowess. But I hadn't bought much, still too cautious. I also said in the public section that I only picked up one stock. Shortly before the afternoon open, I saw South Korea's stock market experiencing a massive sell-off, and I instantly felt much calmer. Sometimes being cautious is a good thing, haha. That's stock traders for you—being bullish or bearish is a split-second decision. Sometimes, it's the risk awareness ingrained in your bones that saves you. Knowing this is a volatile consolidation phase, not an aggressive rally phase, I remain extremely careful, avoiding chasing highs during the session.
Market Overview: Looking at the overall market, the forces resisting the decline are tenacious. On the A-share side, some AI stocks have shown sufficient resilience and seem ready to stage a rebound. However, the external markets are highly unstable, with sudden plunges disrupting A-shares' rebound attempts. Thus, the intraday rebound is full of twists and turns. For those who lack discipline and chase gains or cut losses, they will be whipsawed repeatedly. They see a good rise and start fantasizing, then the sell-off begins. They see a sharp drop and cut losses, only to watch the stock rebound immediately. They are harvested from both sides.
The current market is unsuitable for most participants. Either you hold onto resilient stocks and stay put, or you strictly adhere to short-term discipline—execute decisively without adding unnecessary drama.
Computing Power (Wednesday's sector with the best linkage; short-term capital seems to be shifting from "hardware" to "software" direction—worth tracking to see if sustainability emerges.)
Limit-Up Stocks: Inspur Information (Its nearly 10 billion yuan auction block order at open was stunning. This outperformance directly attracted capital focus to the entire sector, giving it absolute recognition. Its follow-through will directly determine the speculative heat in the computing power direction.)
Hengshang Energy Conservation (The highest market benchmark; no subjective predictions—hope it goes higher, as higher levels indicate improving market sentiment.)
Wangsu Technology,深信服 (Sector 300 arbitrage; opportunities depend on sector strength. Both have large capital inside; if sector strength weakens even slightly, it will be hard to withstand their selling pressure.) Inspur Software (A mirror of Inspur Information; anchored to Inspur's strength, purely sentiment-driven.)
Star-Net Ruijie (Reverse-cover dragon—once it breaks its streak, it reverse-covers. Its performance depends on sector strength. Unfortunately, it's already at a high level; if it weren't so high, there would be more expectation. Watch if it can maintain strong support and trend with breaks.)
Hengwei Technology, Yidleron, Langwei Co., Xingye Co., 263 Network, Nanxing Co., Data Harbor, Nantian Info, Yunsai Zhilian, Ronglian Tech, Henglin Co., Huaqin Tech, Sifang Tech, Hanbo Hi-tech, GRG Banking, Jiangsu Construction Research, Jianbang Co.
Two days ago, I said that robotics is purely quantitative arbitrage with no opportunity. Some even argued with me. Now look—hasn't it proven me right? Only one day of climax, then a continuous decline. Only a handful of stocks are forming clusters. Such sectors are just for watching. Many stocks that bounced on the first day showed no follow-through the next. Unless you precisely focus on that one cluster stock, don't fantasize—the more you think, the greater the damage.
No other sectors worth mentioning. The entire market is being led by the nose by external market fluctuations. Until the external markets stabilize, stay alert at all times.

Special thanks to the brothers who have been supporting the article's popularity in recent days. The market has been hellish, yet you still support the heat. I'm truly grateful. If you're not doing well, feel free to take a break—no need to support every day.
