#美终止对伊朗石油制裁豁免 Trump says Iran reneged, threatens possible heavy strikes again on Iran

Jinshi Data, July 8 - On Wednesday, U.S. President Trump expressed dissatisfaction with Iranian leaders, calling them "cuckoo" (cuckoo) and threatening a new round of strikes. "We hit them hard last night, and we could very likely hit them again tonight," he said at the NATO summit. "They used to be the bully of the Middle East, but now they are no longer." Earlier, Iran attacked merchant ships near the Strait of Hormuz, and Trump immediately declared the ceasefire with Iran "over"; nevertheless, he also expressed willingness to let negotiations continue. But Trump pointed out that Iranian leaders repeatedly misled him: during negotiations they seemed willing to reach a peace deal, but afterward reneged. "They agree to everything, then turn around and hold a press conference claiming we never discussed those things," Trump said. "They are cuckoo, these people have problems." Trump added that he is "very unhappy" with the Iranian regime and said he is considering launching more attacks as early as Wednesday night. "We might hit them hard tonight, but we'll see how things develop," he said.
