Something that happened last week: three lobby service staff at my friend's workplace were caught by inspectors playing on their phones, and the company fired them on the spot and started hiring replacements.

The recruitment conditions: salary of 3,600 yuan, bachelor's degree or above, priority given to unemployed college graduates, no social insurance or housing fund, weekends off, meals at the company cafeteria, no accommodation provided.

My friend said they received more than 160 resumes in one day, and the new hires reported for work two days later. The position is classified as an internship, so there is no social insurance and no chance of becoming a regular employee, but people are still scrambling for the job.
