New Launch | Jiafu Bay Releases Sales Brochure, First to Launch 7 Villas Closest to the Beach

Weida Property’s villa project Jiafu Bay, located at 368 Castle Peak Road—Ting Kau Section, Tsuen Wan, has uploaded the sales brochure and will make its official debut in the near term. In the first phase, it plans to roll out first the seven villa houses in the front row, closest to the beach.

Cai Songsi of Sun Hung Kai Group said that Jiafu Bay offers two layouts: SEAFRONT VILLA and BEACHFRONT VILLA. Among them, the SEAFRONT VILLA includes 9 villa houses, with each villa having a usable area of 2,469 to 2,494 square feet. The layout is a 3-bedroom dual-suite arrangement, with a work area, a storeroom with a bathroom. It also features front and rear gardens, a private lift, a terrace, and a private swimming pool (Villa H does not include a swimming pool). The garden area ranges from 683 to 1,393 square feet, and the terrace area ranges from 627 to 672 square feet.

She said that the BEACHFRONT VILLA consists of 4 larger villa houses in the project. Each villa has a usable area of 2,965 to 3,150 square feet. The layout is a 5-bedroom dual-suite arrangement, with two storerooms, and a work area with a bathroom. It includes front and rear gardens, a private lift, a terrace, and a private swimming pool. The garden area ranges from 987 to 1,652 square feet, and the terrace area ranges from 788 to 880 square feet. Each villa is fitted with integrated floor-to-ceiling glass, like an unframed picture frame, bringing the natural scenery into the home so residents can enjoy the sea view in front without obstruction.

Xiao Weilin, Director of Weida Property, said that Jiafu Bay’s new look is close to fully completed. The 13 villa houses feature streamlined design, facing south, nestled between mountains and sea, offering a 210-degree unobstructed sea view. The vast, tranquil sandy beach is just steps away in front, with the scenery fully on display. The project will enter the sales stage in the near term. In the first phase, it plans to prioritize launching the seven villa houses in the front row closest to the beach, and it also plans to invite VIPs for private viewings later on.
