Sunlord Electronics: Price pass-through is being implemented and has already achieved initial results.

Sunlord Electronics recently stated during an institutional survey that current procurement prices for precious materials have fallen below the average level of Q1, but remain far higher than the price levels seen in early 2025. The price fluctuations of precious metal materials over the past few quarters have been historic. The company focuses on long-term cooperative relationships with clients, and the price pass-through is being implemented and has already achieved initial results. Because the price increase in metal materials is too large for the company to bear alone, it requires customer cooperation. Customers have fully understood this, and coordination and communication have been smooth. At the same time, the company is actively cooperating with customers to adopt high-precision, small-size products, which on one hand reduces the impact of material costs on customers, and on the other hand reduces the component footprint of electronic devices and the PCB area occupied. The barrier for high-precision, small-size products is high, and the company has a significant competitive advantage in this area, so product competitiveness will be further enhanced.
