Xiao Weilin, director of Weida Real Estate Co., Ltd., stated that "Grand Fortune Bay" is located in a prime location in Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan, a low-density residential area and one of the traditional luxury districts. The project's new exterior is nearly fully completed, and the 13 villas face south, nestled between the mountains and the sea.
The project will enter the sales phase shortly. In the first phase, it plans to launch the seven villas closest to the beach in the front row, and plans to invite VIPs for private viewings later.

The layout includes three bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms, a utility room, a storage room with bathroom, front and rear gardens, a private elevator, a terrace, and a private swimming pool (Villa H does not have a pool). The garden area ranges from 683 to 1,393 square feet, and the terrace area ranges from 627 to 672 square feet.
As for BEACHFRONT VILLA, it consists of four larger villas in the project, each with a usable area ranging from 2,965 to 3,150 square feet. The layout includes five bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms, double storage rooms, a utility room with bathroom, front and rear gardens, a private elevator, a terrace, and a private swimming pool. The garden area ranges from 987 to 1,652 square feet, and the terrace area ranges from 788 to 880 square feet. (sl/da)
