Trump says temporary ceasefire agreement with Iran is over

U.S. President Donald Trump said the temporary ceasefire agreement he reached with Iran has ended, raising the possibility of renewed military conflict between the two countries. "For me, I think it's over," he said at the NATO annual summit on Wednesday. "As far as I'm concerned, it's just a waste of time." Trump made these remarks shortly after the United States launched a new wave of strikes against Iran and revoked exemptions that allowed the sale of Iranian oil. These actions were in response to recent attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz, bringing new volatility to energy markets and testing the already fragile peace agreement between the U.S. and Iran. Trump said: "I don't want to deal with them, but they're scum. Do you know what scum is? They are scum. They are sick people, led by sick people. They are fierce and violent people, and if they had nuclear weapons, they would use them." However, Trump said he would not stop negotiators from continuing to engage, though he expressed pessimism about the strategy. He said: "They have problems, they are crazy. They can talk, but I think they are wasting their time." #GUSD年化升至3.8% $BTC #美终止对伊朗石油制裁豁免
