I am very clear about this short position. $TAO didn't suddenly become weak; there were already signs of weakness earlier.

When the price repeatedly failed to break above around 270.4, I felt the structure had clearly changed. On the surface, some were still calling for a rebound, but the actual order book support was getting weaker, and the pullback highs were lower each time. In such a rhythm, not following the bears makes it easy to be misled by bullish sentiment.

Now it has come to 207.9, and the return has reached +1116.68%. This price move has been straightforward enough. My judgment is simple: if the highs cannot regain control, it will continue to seek liquidity below until someone is willing to catch it.

Current profits are substantial. If your position is heavy, don't hold on stubbornly. An 80/20 batch exit is more suitable for this type of downtrend. First take profit on the majority, then trail the rest with a protective stop. Keep the initiative for yourself, and don't turn a good trade into an emotional one.

If you haven't entered, don't chase just because you see profits. The more times like this, the more restraint is needed. Don't chase trades, wait for the next opportunity, and only act when the entry is comfortable.
