The previous surge felt unclean to me, and $LINK's current drop pretty much confirmed it.

My short entry was at 9.750. I wasn't watching a single candle; rather, it was the repeated attempts to push higher that kept failing to open new space. What really caught my attention was the closer we got to the highs, the weaker the active buying became, while selling pressure turned more decisive. This kind of price action easily shifts from hesitation to a stampede.

Now the current price is at 7.654, with floating profit showing +1526.08%. The room for the move has been released directly. Many people like to wait for confirmation before chasing, but by the time confirmation appears, the entry point is usually already uncomfortable. The key in trading is to lock in inflection points in advance, not to wait until the sentiment has fully played out.

I will take partial profits on this one, handling it in an 80/20 split, and keep a protective stop on the remainder to see if it extends further. If you haven't entered yet, don't chase the short; wait for a retracement to meet resistance and look for the next opportunity more steadily.
