What I'm most satisfied with in this wave is not the +43.63% profit, but the clean rhythm of the short positions.
When $TRB surged earlier, the external noise was chaotic, with many still expecting a continued rally. What I was focused on was the speed of the pullback after resistance at the high.
I entered short around 16.26. The logic was simple: it couldn't rise when it should, the rebound was weak, and sell pressure easily dispersed it. This level was crucial.
Now the price has come to 16.17, with an obvious extension of the trend. The short-side space has already materialized in part.
When the chart gives an opportunity, you must dare to act. But after profits appear, you must also dare to manage them. You can't turn a profitable trade into an emotional trade.
Here, I will handle it in batches with an 80/20 split: first protect the majority of gains, then set a protective stop for the rest and let it run.
As long as the retracement does not reclaim the key area, continue to expect bearish inertia; if it gets pulled back, don't force it.
Those who didn't get in, don't rush. Don't chase the entry, and especially don't chase at the tail end of a decline. Wait for the next opportunity, for a more comfortable position to act.
