The core of the SMC strategy is to track institutional footprints, not just look at candlesticks, but interpret the intent of order flow.
Four-step process:
1. Look at structure: Higher highs and higher lows go long, otherwise go short.
2. Wait for the hunt: Wait for price to sweep false breakouts (liquidity pools) before reversing.
3. Find the zone: Wait for entry signals in supply/demand zones.
4. Set stop loss/take profit: Stop loss outside the zone, take profit at previous high/low.
