The most comfortable trade in the session is not one that flies upon entry, but one where the rhythm matches step by step. This short on $AAVE was exactly like that—it was grinding at first, with many retraces and fake moves, but it never managed to hold the highs firmly again.

At that time when I was watching AAVE, the focus was not on any single candlestick, but on the continuation after the retrace. Near 90.22, the shorts didn't win immediately, but the bulls also clearly couldn't push it. Many people overlook this detail; that's where the trading rhythm diverges.

Later, the price moved from 90.22 to 88.52, and this short trade yielded a return of +134.48%. In short, once the rhythm is aligned, you don't have to watch the subsequent fluctuations so tiringly.

Now, instead of aiming to catch the exact key levels, I first trail my stop-loss and take profits in batches on the portion that has already played out. For the remaining position, I'll give it some room, but if the retrace disrupts the rhythm, I won't linger. Trading is not about who yells the loudest, but who can wait for the signal.
