The U.S. ITC issued a Section 337 final determination on glass substrates for LCDs, downstream products thereof, and methods of manufacturing such substrates (II).

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on July 6, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a notice announcing a partial final determination in Investigation No. 337 regarding certain glass substrates for liquid crystal displays, products containing the same, and methods for manufacturing such substrates II: After reviewing the investigation record and related submissions, the ITC decided to partially grant the motion filed by the complainant, specifically to strike portions of the opening submissions concerning remedy measures, public interest, and bonding from China Shaanxi Caihong Display Devices Co., Ltd., d/b/a Irico Display Devices Co., Ltd. of China (Rainbow Display Devices Co., Ltd.) and China Shaanxi Xianyang CaiHong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. of China (Xianyang Caihong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.), as these portions pertain to issues under review; the ITC decided to deny a motion filed by the complainant to strike portions of the opening submissions concerning remedy measures, public interest, and bonding from China Guangdong TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. of China (TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.) and U.S. TTE Technology, Inc., d/b/a TCL North America of Irvine, CA.
