The so-called "smart people" are not necessarily born with stronger brains, but rather they are more capable of entering an efficient cognitive structure at critical moments: they can reduce ineffective connections, compress information into clearer models, and complete understanding and decision-making in networks with shorter paths and lower noise; at the same time, they can switch to a divergent state when needed to establish new connections. So in essence, "smartness" is not a fixed attribute, but the brain's ability to switch between different structures and optimize the flow of information.
