Abstract generation in progress

Ocean Park Water World will hold the "Beat The Summer - Night Rave Water Park" event starting July 4. This year, it revolves around a new nostalgic theme, "Swim Like the 80s," creating brand-new activities. Every Saturday and Sunday after dark, a water-themed nostalgic Cantopop DJ party called "CANTONBEATS" will be held at The Bay. Each weekend, several famous DJs will present Cantonese song remixes and golden oldies. On August 22, there will also be an ASIA IDOL Wave Night, with multiple Asian idol groups from different countries and regions holding Meet & Greet sessions and DJ spinning.

Spin a Gacha on Saturdays to Match with New Friends

Even if you come alone without a companion, there's no need to worry. This year, besides playing, you can also encounter romance at the water park. The new project "Gacha for a Pool" takes place every Saturday, giving you a chance to be matched by the water park. Before the event starts, go to the reception desk to spin a gacha, which will pair you up, allowing you to meet new friends and join "CANTONBEATS" together that night.

Cantonese Songs Set the Mood, Eating Contest Adds to the Fun

Along with the DJ activities every night, The Bay also features a Poolside Bar with a Hong Kong nostalgic theme. Matching the Cantopop theme, special nostalgic-themed drinks are offered. At designated times each day, there will be a speed-eating challenge, where participants compete to drink soda and eat pineapple ice the fastest, winning small prizes.

This year, the park has also set up multiple new nostalgic-themed photo spots under the "Swim Like the 80s" theme, decorating the water park. From the giant gacha machine in the Coral Lobby to the third-floor balcony area, attractions include a nostalgic ice room food theme, a "Drain King" glowing art gallery, and various giant neon light installations. After the evening's limited-time photo spots are lit, the water park will transform into a wild "night" party venue. Complementing the nostalgic theme, the water park has also created a new 80s online "Three Frames of Life" instant photo feature, allowing visitors to capture memories.

Water Roller Machine for Fierce Competition Games

In addition to the evening, the daytime activities are also "amped up." Water SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga returns, with professional yoga instructors stationed at the Wave Bay on weekends, teaching SUP yoga to visitors. Additionally, the wave pool will feature water volleyball and basketball, along with a new "Water Roller Machine," allowing visitors to team up with friends for water sports battles at Wave Bay. The Bay will also have instructors at different times each day, leading visitors in water stretching exercises. Furthermore, the Surfing Pioneer area will turn into a performance venue, with water park coaches performing two surfing shows daily, demonstrating advanced tricks and engaging visitors in interactive games.
