Many people still haven’t reacted yet—this sell-off in $DOT was actually already giving signals. It wasn’t a sudden crash; it was that every rebound beforehand was getting weaker. The price looked like it was still grinding near the high, but the chips inside had already started to loosen.

At the time, I was watching the suppression around 1.280. After I entered a short, I didn’t move quickly, because the real key was the continuation after a breakdown. Now the price is at 0.863, and the unrealized profit on the position shows +2311.59%. The extension of the move is clear. Once this kind of pullback is opened up, the worst thing isn’t not understanding it—it’s being shaken out halfway by a rebound.

To put it simply, the rhythm has changed. Earlier, the longs could still hold on with momentum, but later the rebound strength couldn’t keep up, and the funds weren’t willing to continue stepping in—so the shorts naturally pressed down in line with that.

If you didn’t catch it, don’t worry. Chasing in the middle is uncomfortable. Don’t chase the trade—wait for the next time there’s confirmation of a clearer position before you act.
