After this wave of bearish moves, the market vibe became very clear. Looking back, those earlier hard-fought rebounds were all just giving better entry points for short positions.

For my $APE trade, what really caught my attention was the high volume at the top but no upward push; every time the price touched a high, it was pushed back down. After opening a short near 0.14746, the most critical thing wasn't the immediate drop, but that its retracements never held steady. This indicates that the funds above are unwilling to keep buying, and the rhythm has turned bearish.

Now the current price has hit 0.1412, with a profit of +301.22%, and the trend extension is clear. At this stage, I will first lock in profits, take what I can, and let the remaining position run with a trailing stop. If it continues down, I'll keep watching; if the retracement is strong, I won't hold stubbornly.

Trading futures isn't about who is braver; it's about who knows when to stop. If you haven't entered yet, don't be tempted by the decline. If you missed it, don't chase. Wait for the next more comfortable entry point to act.
