Can someone explain to me why Tcc is transferring 40% of the chips to cz? In my view, this is a sign of weakness, indicating that Tcc is unable to control 70% of the chips. Stuck in a dilemma, they choose to give the chips to Cz to lower the profile. In my opinion, this is a very stupid decision.
