CoinWorld News: Ctrl Wallet has announced that it will permanently shut down its services due to a recent security vulnerability, and users must transfer their crypto assets before August 3. Starting August 3, the wallet will be disabled for sending, receiving, swapping, and all other functions, retaining only the ability to export the seed phrase. Ctrl Wallet also confirmed that it will immediately stop new downloads and remove the app from browser extensions and mobile app stores. This decision was made after it disclosed a security incident that affected certain Cardano wallets. If users do not transfer their assets before the deadline, they can still access their funds by importing their 12-word or 24-word seed phrase. Ctrl Wallet stated that users should securely back up their seed phrase and warned that there will be no migration tokens, token swaps, or airdrops related to the shutdown.

Only keep the export mnemonic phrase function, which is like saying "save yourself."

Removed from the store + stopped downloads, completely erasing all traces of its existence, quite resolute.

No migration tokens, no airdrop, this is a naked exit.
