New Stock IPO | Dongfang Kemai Delayed to Thursday for Listing
Electronic paper display supplier Oriental Cryptovision (01770) announced that, according to the prospectus, an announcement containing information on the final offer price, the level of international placement subscription, the application level for the Hong Kong public offering, and the basis for allocation of Hong Kong offer shares will be published no later than tonight at 11:00 PM.
The company pointed out that due to the need for additional time to finalize the above announcement and obtain regulatory approvals, the company's listing timeline will be delayed. It is now expected that H shares will begin trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 9.
The company originally expected to list tomorrow (the 8th).
