If you're going to work for someone, try to work for a boss who drives luxury cars and dresses stylishly. Most of them are rich second-generation, who haven't suffered hardships. When you do some work, they think you're working hard.

Stay away from self-made bosses who have endured hardships themselves. They always think about how they struggled through it back then, and why can't you? They use their past suffering as a benchmark for your work, legally exploiting you.

In short, they first brainwash you, turning exploitation into a benchmark for success.
