Greentown China's sales amount dropped 25% in the first half of the year
Greentown China (03900) announced that for the first six months of this year, the contracted sales amount was approximately RMB 60.2 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 25.03%; of which the equity amount attributable to the Greentown Group was approximately RMB 40.7 billion. The contracted sales area was approximately 1.82 million square meters, down 20.52%.
As of the end of June, Greentown China had an additional cumulative amount of approximately RMB 1.7 billion in subscription agreements signed but not yet converted into sales contracts, of which the equity amount attributable to the Greentown Group was approximately RMB 1.2 billion.
In June alone, the sales amount was approximately RMB 11.4 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 19.72%, with an average sales price of approximately RMB 36.9k per square meter.
In June, the sales amount of Greentown Group's agency construction projects was approximately RMB 9.3 billion. For the first six months of this year, the related contracted sales amount was approximately RMB 34.5 billion.
