Wu Says learned that EMURGO, the development arm of the Cardano ecosystem, released an update on the SecondFi security incident, stating that the team has commissioned multiple independent institutions to review the incident and the underlying code. The investigation is still ongoing, and a patch has been submitted to close the identified vulnerabilities. SecondFi stated that it will not resume normal operations even after the audit is completed, and all users should migrate out of SecondFi through official methods. The team’s current priorities include establishing a mechanism for recovering affected user assets, building wallet status verification tools, and providing migration paths to hardware wallets or other platforms. SecondFi said that an isolation site will be launched this week to help users check their wallet status.

SecondFi's operation is quite transparent, at least they didn't play dead, but what users most want to know is how much they can get back.

Patch submitted but the server shut down directly, this script is familiar, is it the Web3 'Responsible Exit' template?

The Cardano ecosystem has been turbulent this year, and even EMURGO's intervention couldn't save operations. DeFi risk education lesson +1.

Wait for the isolated site to go live and check the wallet status—hopefully it won’t be that same familiar routine where you check and then find everything’s back to zero.
