To be honest, today's drop really goes against human nature. The higher $ETH pretends to be strong, the easier it is to trap people into buying in.

I opened my short position at 2185.21, and the price has now been pushed down to 1774.24, with a return of +3269.02%. At that time, many people were still waiting for a breakout, but I was watching the reaction after the spike: the price couldn't go higher, and the pullback was getting faster—something was wrong here.

The easiest time to lose money is now. You see a green candle and rush to chase, only to have the overhead resistance confirmed, and the bears take over the rhythm directly. The price action shifts from probing to plunging quickly. The ones who truly catch it are those who see the rhythm in advance.

After this wave of volatility opens up, I will first handle it in 80/20 batches, then set a stop-loss on the remaining position to see if there's room for further extension. The short has already been profitable—no need for emotional additions. Miss it, let it go. No chasing, neither long nor short. Wait for the next more comfortable entry.
