Rietveld began by asking viewers whether they believe XRP could eventually reach $50 per coin. He acknowledged that the figure may initially appear ambitious but stated that it becomes more plausible when considering the size of the industries XRP is designed to serve.

According to him, the real-world asset tokenization market already represents trillions of dollars in value and continues to expand. He also pointed to the global cross-border payments sector, another market measured in trillions of dollars, where XRP has long been positioned as a potential solution for faster and more efficient international transactions.

Beyond those sectors, Rietveld highlighted the derivatives market, which he described as being measured in the quadrillions of dollars. Looking at these combined opportunities, he said a future XRP valuation of $50 per token “doesn’t seem too unreasonable.”

A $1 Million Scenario Based on 20,000 XRP

After explaining his reasoning, Rietveld applied the projected price target to a hypothetical investment.

He noted that if XRP were to reach $50 per coin, an investor holding 20,000 XRP would own assets worth approximately $1 million. However, he indicated that even this figure may underestimate XRP’s long-term potential.

Rietveld stated that a $1 million portfolio value would be “on the lower end” of what he believes is possible over the next five to ten years. While he did not present a higher price target in the video, he suggested that XRP’s future valuation could exceed the level needed to reach the million-dollar milestone.

His remarks represent a personal market outlook rather than a prediction of guaranteed performance.
