The light went out, storage has peaked. Is it because of the decline that the market found a reason for it, or did it really start dropping because it actually peaked?
The supply chain hasn’t changed, demand hasn’t changed, production capacity hasn’t changed, industry logic hasn’t changed, the AI narrative hasn’t changed, corporate earnings are still rising — the only thing that changed was the stock price.
Of course, once it drops, people stop looking at these things, stop researching them, they no longer matter. When it falls, they just toss out one sentence: storage has peaked.
When it was rallying well in April and May, everyone was praising fair-haired @aleabitoreddit to the skies, using AI to study him, learning his thought process, and examining the supply chain with a magnifying glass worldwide — everyone became a supply chain expert. Why, when it drops, does no one discuss these things anymore? Shouldn’t we be researching and discussing even more? Do you know why? Because if you research even a little, you’ll reach a conclusion completely opposite to the stock market’s decline.
That’s why people stop looking at this time: because the outcome matters far more than the reason. It dropped, and if you can’t find a reason, you just say it peaked — how easy, simple, and effortless.
Human nature is like this. Fear makes people lose the ability to think, makes them question themselves, doubt themselves, and make impulsive decisions. Eventually, you will cut your losses at the bottom.
Stock trading shouldn’t be controlled by emotions — it will always return to fundamentals. It takes time, it takes rationality to come back. I’ve seen many such moments; whether it’s too much of a rise or too much of a fall, it’s the same.
I won’t change my view. The storage cycle is not over. I only stick with what I believe in. I won’t sell my stocks at this pessimistic moment. If it drops further, I will sell my only RKLB and add it to storage. For me, making money is making money, good companies are good companies, and cheap is cheap. Everything else is fake.
Brother Mask didn’t shout “storage is king” today. I’ll shout it for him: Storage! Is! King! (cracking voice)
